BBQ Tandorri style

Last Thursday I had the most amazing BBQ of my life. It’s one of those things that just accidentally happens. I was in a hurry and didn’t measure out any of the spices… just threw things together, and it came out a scrumptious delectable work of art.
I tried again Sunday to duplicate and measure, but fell far short of this one time anomaly.
